Selecting a Tier of Friendship at the Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Onyx Level is how you help HOPE&AIR, Inc. prove that, indeed, LOVE SELLS BOOKS! Here’s how it works!
- You decide the number of books you wish to purchase in bulk or have donated to a nonprofit organization of your choice.
- Make payment in full at the time of registration or make your first of four (4) installment payments and finalize registration, including indication of your payment method preference and shipping instructions. Friends of Hope&Air, Inc. may elect to have payments automatically charged to a credit/debit card or to receive an invoice via text/email and then submit payment to Hope&Air, Inc. per the instructions included on the invoice. Automatic electronic payments and invoices will occur on the 10th day of the next three (3) months.,
- Hope&Air, Inc. will ship your copies to you or to your designated nonprofit organization within three (3) business days of your installment payment. The final shipment will include a Statement of Appreciation and Final Receipt that will be mailed directly to you.
For example: Jimmy selects the Platinum Tier of Friendship.
- He pays $1000 in full at the time of his selection.
He completes his registration by providing his contact information (name, physical address, telephone number, email address and social media POC.).
He provides the name and location of the Nonprofit Organization that he wishes to receive the sixty-three (63) copies of Gabriel’s Balloon, 2ndEdition.
Within three (3) business days the books are shipped per Jimmy’s instructions and information provided during his registration. The Friend of Hope&Air, Inc. Appreciation is mailed to Jimmy at his address listed on his registration, along with a receipt that references his donation to the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Or
- He elects to pay in four (4) installments and makes his initial payment of $250 at the time of his selection.
He completes his registration by providing his contact information (name, physical address, telephone number, email address and social media POC.).
He provides the name and location of the Nonprofit Organization that he wishes to receive the sixty-three (63) copies of Gabriel’s Balloon, 2ndEdition.
Within three (3) business days of his initial installment payment, the first portion of Jimmy’s purchase, 16 books, are shipped per Jimmy’s instructions and information provided during his registration.
On the 10th day of the three (3) months following Jimmy’s registration and initial payment, he will receive an invoice via text that includes a link for that month’s installment payment.
Within Jimmy’s three (3) business days of Hope&Air Inc.’s receipt of the installment payment for that month, 16 books will shipped per Jimmy’s instructions and information provided during his registration. (The final shipment will include a total of 15 books for a total of 63 books.)
The Friend of Hope&Air, Inc. Appreciation is mailed to Jimmy at his address listed on his registration, along with a receipt that references his donation to the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
